Individual Therapy
Your Personal Wellness Journey Begins Here
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges on your own.
Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a compassionate professional. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

What Is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one counseling experience focused entirely on you—your goals, your challenges, and your growth.
It’s a space where you can:
-
Talk openly without judgment
-
Better understand your thoughts and emotions
-
Identify patterns that may be holding you back
-
Develop healthier coping strategies
Therapy isn’t just for times of crisis—it’s also for self-discovery, growth, and improving overall well-being.
How We Help
In individual therapy, we support you in:
-
Managing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
-
Working through depression or low motivation
-
Processing trauma or past experiences
-
Navigating life transitions and relationship challenges
-
Building confidence and self-awareness
-
Developing healthier coping skills
Our approach is personalized and holistic—meaning we look at the full picture of your mental, emotional, and relational well-being.
A Space That’s Just for You
Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re carrying everything on your own. Individual therapy gives you a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.
Is Individual Therapy Right for You?
You may benefit from individual therapy if you are:

Feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally overwhelmed

Struggling with depression or lack of motivation
-
Facing a major life transition or decision
-

Individual Counseling Intake Session 60-90 min. $150
An initial session for grief and loss counseling involves gathering relevant personal history and background information, discussing your current challenges and emotional experiences, and setting initial goals for support. The counselor will explain the counseling process, what to expect in sessions, and address any questions or concerns you may have. You will also review and acknowledge a Counseling Consent form. The counselor will work with you to identify the areas of grief you want to focus on and begin developing a personalized plan to support your healing. This first session provides a safe, supportive space to start processing your emotions and taking the first step toward moving forward.
