Grief and Loss Therapy
Compassionate Support When You Need It Most
Grief is not something you “get over.” It’s something you learn to carry—and you don’t have to carry it alone.
At Wellness Counseling, we provide a safe, compassionate space to process loss, honor your experience, and begin moving forward at your own pace. Whether your loss is recent or from years ago, therapy can help you navigate the emotions, questions, and changes that come with it.

What Is Grief Counseling?
Grief counseling is a supportive, individualized process that helps you cope with the emotional, physical, and relational impact of loss.

-
Phase of Life transitions and aging
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline—and there is no “right” way to grieve. We at Wellness Counseling will meet you exactly where you are.
