Initial Hypnotherapy Session 60-90 min. $175
An initial session for hypnosis with a clinical hypnotherapist involves collecting relevant history and background information, discussing your current concerns and symptoms, and setting initial goals. The therapist will discuss myths, facts and expectations of hypnosis to give you a better understanding of the process. You will also be provided with a Hypnotherapy Consent form to review and sign. The therapist will collaborate with you to craft personal suggestions for use in hypnosis and to develop a treatment plan. This initial meeting will also include your first hypnosis session on the main issue(s) you want to most focus on.
Hypnotherapy Session 60 min. $150
Hypnotherapy sessions begin by expressing your current challenges and goals with the therapist, who will then utilize guided relaxation and focused attention techniques in order to achieve a deep hypnotic trance, employing personal suggestions developed together to achieve maximum success. The therapist will provide empathy, support, and direction in a comfortable setting, accessing your subconscious mind in a safe, welcoming environment. The focus is on addressing underlying issues and fostering positive change through hypnotherapy.
Our Hypnotherapy Clinician
Kathryne has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. She is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP), a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a Certified Fellow of Clinical Hypnotherapy (NBCFCH). Kathryne works with a variety of mental health disorders and challenges, such as loss/grief, anxiety/panic, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, ADHD, women’s issues, trauma, and mood disorders. She uses an integrated, holistic orientation in her counseling sessions, drawing on resiliency, solution-focused and strength-based approaches.
